Owner operators, Kemal and Amy Osmanhodzic, love their roaming family and are committed to staying true to their signature, traditional, sourdough rustic pizzas.
Our dough is our strength
Made using top quality Australian stone ground unbleached organic flour, filtered water, extra-virgin olive oil, salt and sourdough starter, the dough is left to ferment naturally. The rising time then depends on the temperature, humidity and activity of the sourdough culture. This process of natural leavening creates a light, easy to digest pizza.
Famous for our community pizza nights in Clunes and Bexhill, we are all about an affordable night out for you and your family, with our venues being BYO and kid friendly. Creating a vibe at our nights is topped with tunes from amazing local musicians.
