Il Carretto Pizza is a local business owned and run by Kemal and Amy Osmanhodzic.

Il Carretto Pizza started as a mobile pizzeria back in 2010 and has since evolved to become one of the region's best pizza institutions.

 

Since the beginning, our commitment was to create rustic traditional sourdough pizzas. Our dough is our strength. It is made using only top quality Australian stone ground unbleached organic flour, filtered water, extra-virgin olive oil, salt and sourdough starter. Our dough is left to ferment naturally which means that the time it rises depends on many factors including temperature, humidity and activity of the sourdough culture. This process of natural leavening creates a light, easy to digest pizza.
 

We are famous for our community pizza nights in Bangalow, Clunes and Bexhill. We are all about an affordable night out for you and your family with all our venues being BYO and kid friendly. We love creating a vibe at our nights with tunes from some amazing and local musicians.

We also do catering for all types of events including weddings, birthdays and staff parties.

We do offer gluten free and vegan options. The number of gluten free bases are limited each night, however, so we do recommend that you phone up in advance and reserve a base. You are always welcome to bring your own gluten free base down and we will cook it for you free of charge.
